Yes. You have to beat the asked time on the 3 maps

TMM-Epsilon Time to beat : 39.90

Catgroove was added to the test map because Virtual Insanity wasn't on the server ( thank's to the admins...)
He did the times with me.

Note: He did the time on Epsilon in 3 rounds   

And he is a good player according to his times on other server's map.

So you really easily managed to beat the times, very nice job   You have now to be active in-game (and I think you will)   It will take about 3 days then you will be accepted as an everyminds :
